You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the day you receive it.

At delivery, the courier won’t allow you to open the package, as the packages are insured. 

If you have any problems with the order please contact us and we’ll send you a new courier to either exchange or refund your order. ​

Any product you return must be in its original packaging, unused, and with the label attached and in the same condition you received it in. 
Only delivery fees will be applied.

To lengthen the life of your item and protect it: 
Opt for a delicate or gentle cycle, use cold water (20°C to 30°C) and turn the jeans inside out to avoid shrinking or fading.
- Wash alone the first time
- Use a mild detergent 
- Do not bleach
